Senang Eco was invited to attend Living the Impact: LESTARI Demo Day held on 25 April 2026 in Bali, an initiative that strongly aligns with our commitment to building a more inclusive and sustainable future. Bringing together women entrepreneurs, people with disabilities, and impact-driven businesses, the event highlighted the importance of ensuring that sustainability efforts are not only impactful, but also investment-ready and built for long-term growth.

Held by Wastehub Alam Lestari together with Difalink, Jepara Green Generation, and Flores Bumi Lestari, with support from KINETIK, the initiative focuses on advancing inclusive economic growth, sustainable business practices, and just energy transition across Indonesia.

Attended by Senang Eco’s Sustainability Consultant, Fikria Maharani, and Lead Sustainability Consultant, Rafi Muhammad, the event opened important conversations around the realities many green businesses still face today.

Throughout the sessions and discussions, one pattern became increasingly visible. Many participating businesses already carry strong environmental and social impact, alongside a genuine commitment to sustainability. However, translating that impact into a structured and scalable business model remains a challenge.

Some enterprises are still strengthening their business foundations. Others are working to align with ESG expectations, improve impact measurement, or prepare for funding opportunities. For many green businesses, sustainability is no longer only about creating impact. It is also about building systems, strategies, and structures that allow impact to grow sustainably.
