Set in the tranquil hills of Ubud, Gdas Bali is more than a wellness resort. It is a sanctuary rooted in healing, regeneration, and purpose. Senang Eco partnered with Gdas to bring this philosophy to life through a sustainability strategy that is both visionary and deeply operational.

We began with a tailored materiality assessment to identify Gdas’s key impact areas. These included circular waste systems, plant-based sourcing, and community-based employment. From there, we co-developed a comprehensive roadmap with clear targets, defined responsibilities, and sustainability programs integrated across departments.

To support implementation, we conducted a gap analysis to understand their current position and helped align operational procedures and employee KPIs with sustainability goals. We created customized training materials, provided ongoing coaching, and facilitated capacity-building sessions to ensure that sustainability was embedded across all levels of the organization.

Our guidance extended into the daily rhythm of operations, from how Gdas selects suppliers to how guests interact with nature and regenerative practices on-site. The result is a sustainability journey that is authentic, measurable, and ready for future certification.
