In our collaboration with Supernova Ecosystem, we were invited to strengthen how impact is not just measured but meaningfully understood and embedded into decision-making. As a growing innovation hub rooted in sustainability, Supernova needed more than surface-level metrics. It needed a system that could reflect the depth of its social and environmental value.

To elevate Supernova’s ability to manage this complexity, Senang Eco designed a participatory and scalable Impact Assessment Framework. Grounded in benchmarking, Theory of Change, and active stakeholder engagement, the framework was built to be iterative, actionable, and aligned with Supernova’s evolving goals.

Our approach focused on two core phases. First, we evaluated their existing OKR and Social Audit systems through documentation review and interviews with key stakeholders. This informed a detailed gap analysis and a set of practical recommendations. From there, we developed a tailored impact measurement system, integrating logic models, SDG-linked indicators, and a clear roadmap for implementation.

The framework also included training modules and internal adoption tools to support long-term sustainability and integration. Special attention was given to participatory methods, ensuring that insights were not only data-driven but also reflective of community narratives and lived experiences.

This work laid the foundation for Supernova to move from tracking activities to managing outcomes with intention. It empowered them to make better strategic decisions, strengthen accountability, and tell clearer, more compelling stories of their impact.
