We partnered with PT Bali Turtle Island Development (BTID) to develop their 2024 Sustainability Report, capturing their commitment to environmental stewardship and community wellbeing.

Set in the heart of Bali’s evolving tourism landscape, BTID’s vision for sustainable development required a sustainability report that not only met technical standards, but also captured the complex balance between growth, preservation, and cultural sensitivity. We collaborated with the BTID team to design and develop their 2024 Sustainability Report, with the goal of aligning their long-term business operations with environmental and social responsibility.

Our work began with a deep dive into BTID’s data systems. We supported the collection, validation, and structuring of ESG data across key impact areas: land use and biodiversity protection, water management, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and local stakeholder engagement. The goal was not just to report, but to translate BTID’s actions into measurable outcomes that align with GRI and POJK standards while staying contextually grounded in the challenges of coastal development.

Beyond compliance, the report narrates BTID’s efforts to preserve Bali’s delicate ecosystems and cultural heritage. For example, it highlights strategies for minimizing disruption to local marine life and initiatives aimed at strengthening community relations and inclusive employment in the surrounding area. Throughout the process, we helped the team shape a cohesive story—one that speaks to investors and regulators while also honoring the island’s identity.

The result is a report that functions as both a mirror and a map: reflecting where BTID stands today, and guiding where it hopes to go next in its journey toward sustainable tourism development.
